National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) of Abu Dhabi has bagged a $227 million (Dh834 million) engineering, procurement and construction contract from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), for a wellhead platforms project at the offshore Mumbai High Field.
