The Delhi Gurgaon Super Connectivity Ltd (DGSCL), the company operating the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, has collected nearly Rs 900 crore from motorists. According to official figures submitted by the DGSCL, between February 2008 and July 2013, it collected only Rs 893 crore and NHAI got another Rs 77.5 crore as its share.
