Allcargo Logistics Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Total revenue from operations was Rs.1,410 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, as compared to Rs.1,456 crore for the corresponding previous period, a decrease of 3 per cent.

JNPT on course to achieving fiscal target
The largest container port in India, JNPT, has achieved around 48 per cent of its targeted 4.7 million TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent unit of cargo capacity) during the first six months of the current fiscal. JNPT sources said that they are confident of achieving the target this fiscal.

APM Terminals Pipavav currently has a capacity to handle up to 850,000 TEUs of containers, 4-5 million MT of dry bulk cargo, 2 million MT of liquid cargo and about 250,000 cars per year. We are currently in the midst of an expansion primarily to increase the container handling capacity from 850,000 TEUs to 1.35 mn TEUs a year.
