L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering wins large Mumbai High contract

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects to defence multinational, Larsen & Toubro, has secured a contract from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for their new living quarter (LQ) & Revamp at NQ Complex (NLRNC- RT2) project at Mumbai High.

The contract involves engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of a new living quarter platform, NQL Platform of 120 men capacity, a bridge with intermediate support to the existing NQO Complex and major revamping or replacement of existing process systems and facilities at NQ Complex in ONGC’s Mumbai High offshore oilfield located on the West Coast.

The contract was awarded through international competitive bidding on a lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) basis.
