The next hearing of the Supreme Court case regarding dispute between Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) and Indraprastha Gas (IGL) is scheduled on November 21.
Earlier in September, the apex court deferred the next hearing of the case to November. In April, PNGRB had directed gas utility company, IGL to reduce compression charges and network tariffs. IGL had appealed against this order in Delhi high court and the court ruled in IGL favor. Investors of the company keenly await the outcome of the hearing.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that volume growth for IGL has been healthy despite quarterly CNG price hikes in the last three quarters.
