The Andhra Pradesh Government plans to construct 14 more ports in the State, Visakhapatnam Port Trust chairman MT Krishna Babu has said. Babu underlined that ports along the east coast are gaining importance and ports in the State have to play a key role in economic growth of the country.
´It is necessary to use the capacity of the existing ports to the full,´ he added.
