NTPC Safety Officers Conference

KK Sharma, Director (Operations) and YV Rao, Executive Director (OS) inaugurated 28th Safety Officers´ Conference of NTPC. Heads of Safety from all NTPC projects, stations, joint ventures and regional safety co-ordinators from all regional head quarters participated in the conference. Director (Operations) in his inaugural address highlighted the importance of safety in all activities and advised all Safety Officers to be more active in identifying the hazards and its elimination or control. Issues pertaining to safety were discussed and future action plan and way forward was formulated in the conference.
