Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah said projects which are either completed or half done under schemes like JNNURM, Rajiv Awas Yojana and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan till 2014 will get funds from Centre. While holding a meeting with Uttarkhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat recently, Naidu said projects which are not even completed 50 per cent will be put under new schemes and will get funds accordingly. He also assured the state government that Dehradun will be included in the government´s -æ100 smart city project´. The minister was in the state to lay the foundation stone of a regional Housing and Urban Development Corporation (Hudco) office at IT Park. Naidu said the Centre and the state governments should work in tandem for the country to progress. ¨After election results, everyone should come together to be part of the same party… the ´development party´, ´progress party´,¨ he said.
