Vijaya Bank MD & CEO Dr Kishore Sansi has launched innovative IT products, coinciding with the Hindi Diwas celebrations, at its Head Office in Bengaluru, in the presence of Executive Directors BS Rama Rao and Y Nageswara Rao, General Managers and others. Hindi Diwas was celebrated in a grand manner at Vijaya Bank. On this occasion, the bank launched three innovative IT products. The following is the preview of the new IT products:
VPAYQWIK – a complete mobile payment wallet which is a one-stop destination for shopping, quick mobile recharge station, anytime bill payment solution, instant ticket booking app and lot more. Both customers and non-customers can use this wallet. This app is available in English, Hindi and Kannada.
The second product to be launched was ´Vijaya *99#´which introduces non-Internet based app to customers.
The app uses the USSD channel for completing the transactions. This app supports 12 languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Oriya, Malayalam, Assamese, and Punjabi.
The third app is ´V-eConnect´, which aggregates various e-products of the bank. This app acts as an entry point for the customer to know about and use various online products of the bank. A customer can access 7 different mobile apps, 3 websites, 2 missed call services, 5 social banking channels and 5 other features through this single app.
It is available in English, Hindi and Kannada. If the customer has not availed of any of our e-products, this will guide the user to install and make use of it. This launch comes close in the heels of the Vijaya-UPI app which the bank released earlier.
