He succeeds Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emami Ltd.

Vijay Sankar, Chairman of The Sanmar Group, has been elevated to Senior Vice President, while Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director & CEO of Dalmia Bharat Ltd, has joined the leadership team as Vice President.

Goenka, who earlier served as FICCI Vice President, brings extensive industry experience. The new leadership is expected to strengthen FICCI’s role in shaping India’s economic and industrial agenda during a critical phase of growth.

As FICCI prepares to mark its centenary on April 7, 2027, the chamber unveiled its centenary logo, ‘100 Years of Building Tomorrow’, during the two‑day convention. The launch was officiated by Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

The centenary logo symbolises unity, continuity and progress, serving as a bridge between FICCI’s rich legacy and its forward‑looking vision. Designed with the numeral 100 as a central motif, it celebrates a century of contribution to India’s economic growth while reaffirming the chamber’s commitment to shaping the nation’s future.
