Private firms bid for Rs 17 bn Haldia Dock II project

Bihar to build 50,000 km roads in 5 yrs
Bihar government will construct a network of 50,000 km of roads in the next five years, said Rural Works Department Minister Bhim Singh on June 10. Presenting the annual report of his department, Singh said while 11 districts are covered under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), the remaining districts would be covered under Mukhyamantri Gram Sampark Yojana (MGSY).

four-laning of the road from Itanagar to Banderdewa and double laning from Itanagar to Jote for better connectivity with Itanagar, the Arunchal Pradesh state capital. Entry, exit to Pune’s airport changed to facilitate road work
In Pune, the traffic police have made temporary changes in the entry and exit points for vehicles at the Lohegaon airport. The changes have been made to facilitate the airport authority's ongoing work on Airport Road.
