As the BMC prepares to launch its second phase of road inspection after lodging an FIR against six contractors accused of irregularities in the first phase of the roads enquiries report, a contractor was seen digging up the Inorbit Road in Malad. When MLA Aslam Shaikh approached workers and asked why the road was being remade within four months, he was told, ¨The contractor has told us to do it.¨ again. It has not been done properly.¨
