Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited (HPGCL) has succeeded in reclaiming the fertility of a farm land in Sutana village, that farmers alleged was barren due to water seepage from the Panipat Thermal Power Station. HPGCL and Central Soil and Salinity Research Institute (CSSRI), Karnal were successful in planting of paddy on a 10.5 acre farm in Sutana village of Panipat district.
