Power Grid Corporation of India (PGC) is looking to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore by offering bonds with 5-, 10- and 15-year maturities. The triple-A rated company has already set an upper limit for the coupon at 9.40 per cent annually, above which no investor will be allowed to bid. The cut-off yield across maturities may be fixed in the range of 9.30-9.35 per cent.
