India's record breaking aviation growth continues unabated. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has said that the country saw the fourth highest number of passengers taking off in 2016, up two places from the previous year, overtaking the UK and Brazil.

The net debt of the top 30 steel companies globally has touched a record high of over $150 billion, according to consultancy firm Ernst and Young (E&Y). The global consultancyÂ´s report also reveals that major part of this debt is with companies in India, China and Brazil.
To buy an additional 12 per cent participating interest in block BC-10 in Brazil's Campos Basin, ONGC Videsh has signed definitive agreements. Post the deal, OVLÂ’s share in the acreage would increase to 27 per cent, the Indian government firm said on October 14.
