Road repairs to be taken up in Jaipur from mid-September
The damaged roads in Jaipur will be repaired by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) from 15th of next September. JDA is to take up a total length of 2,500 km roads for repair in the city. While the JDA will repair 1,000 km length of roads by itself, repairs on the remaining 1,500 km will be given away to contractors.

Jaipur to have two high-level bridges to cut congestion
To reduce congestion and provide better connectivity, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has expedited the process to start the construction work of two high-level bridges in the city. These high-level bridges will be constructed between Gopalpura to Mansarovar and Swej Farm to Sodala. A senior official said that the demarcation work near Swej Farm has been started by the authority at zone level, while, a consultant has been appointed to prepare the design for Gopalpura.
Govt asks developers to complete housing projects
Private developers who are delaying the construction of affordable housing units in Jaipur received a warning from the state government's urban housing and development (UDH) department. The developers were asked to complete the project by end of July or else lose the security money. The department said it would transfer the security money to Jaipu
Govt okays financial closure for Jaipur Ring Road project
The Rajasthan government has given approval to financial closure for the long pending ring road project in Jaipur and is expected to begin soon. Once the letter is issued by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), the contract company Sanjos Supreme will have to complete work in 21 months. The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) after examining the financial closure critically provided by the company submitted it to the State government for approval.
