Work on Lucknow Metro rail to start in Dec
In Lucknow, the first phase of Metro rail project would commence in December. The registrar of companies on October 8 approved the name of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC). The first phase would include work on Amausi-Alambagh, Alambagh-Mahanagar and Mahanagar to Munshipulia.

Hyderabad's 72-km Metro Rail project is based on a revenue model of 50 per cent from passenger fares, 45 per cent from property development and 5 per cent from advertisement and other miscellaneous sources.
