Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) and Gammon Infrastructure finalised a 30-year concession agreement that gives the company the right to construct and operate a coal handling terminal at the port. Mormugao Port Trust (MPT), which opened bids for its proposed 2-million tonne per year coal berth terminal, received the highest offer from Gammon Infrastructure.The firm offered a revenue share of 33.66 per cent for the contract, which involves mechanisation and operation of the terminal.
