In Haryana, the construction of underpass at Kharki Daula Chowk on National Highway-8 (NH-8) was agreed in-principle on cost sharing formula with Govt. of Haryana, said the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Tushar A. Chaudhary in a reply to a question in Rajya Sabha recently.

NHAI gives 6 months time to firm to complete Jaipur eway
Cautioning over the delay in completion of work on the 225-km-long Gurgaon-Jaipur stretch of National Highway-8, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has given the concessionaire firm, Pink City Expressway, about six monthsĆā time to complete the project. Tightening the noose on the concessionaire firm, the NHAI has fixed December 31, 2013 as the deadline for completing all the flyovers and service roads where acquisition of land is not an issue.
