India will respond within 10 daysÂ’ time to the United StatesÂ’ notice challenging India's domestic content requirements for its national solar programme as violation of global trade rules. The US, on February 6 filed an official dispute against India at the WTO claiming that the domestic sourcing rules flouted global trade norms. It has asked for consultations with India on the matter.
