The Union government is planning to set up the airport city near Neemrana, bang in between Delhi and Jaipur, a move that's likely to spur real estate and infrastructure development in the region. Over the last few years, Gurgaon has been expanding in the direction of Neemrana, with areas like Manesar already becoming hubs of industrial and housing activity.
