Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh has given strict instructions to BRO officials for completing the repairing work along Imphal-Jiribam road before the arrival of BCIM car rally in Manipur. BCIM car rally is scheduled to arrive at Imphal on February 26. According to a highly placed source, Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh convened a meeting along with his Council of Ministers at the conference hall of Chief Minister's Secretariat.
