Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on June 11 asked the State's executing agencies to stick to time bound completion of development projects including those of flyovers, roads and bridges. He highlighted the significance of big-ticket projects under implementation in the State in various sectors of development. Time-bound completion of development works is essential to ensure their benefits to people, he added.
