For the proposed Mumbai-Bangalore industrial corridor, request for qualification and request for proposals (RFQ and RFP) have been invited from consulting firms. The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Corporation (DMICC) has invited the RFQ and RFP. DMICC will shortlist the firms by December-end.

VPT to confirm bids for terminal extension
For expanding its existing container terminal, the Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) has revised plans in place to confirm bids at a cost of Rs 633 crore. The VPT board has decided to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) among 7 companies who were declared qualified for the task.
