Namma Metro´s eastern extension, a 15.5-km line from Baiyappanahalli to Whitefield under Phase II, is seeing rather slow progress. NHAI cuts land demand for highway widening
The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has submitted a revised proposal to the Madhya Pradesh state wildlife wing seeking clearance for 37-km road widening between Mansar in Maharashtra and Khawasa in Madhya Pradesh on NH7. In the revised proposal, the NHAI has reduced the land requirement for the project.
