Modalities for Infrastructure Trust Fund within a month

Army assusred for better road link to Bumla post
Roads and telecommunication facilities at Bumla, the last Army post in Tawang district of Arunachal Prdesh, bordering China located at 17,000 feet, needed to be improved.
