EPE road project faces delay
The 135-km Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) that is intended to link HaryanaââŹâ˘s Palwal town with Uttar PraĂÂdeshââŹâ˘s Kundli, is facing further delay.While the cabinet committee on infrastructure and the Public Private Partnership Appraisal Committee (PPAC) approved toll rates on par with those on national highways and the Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE), the Road Ministry insists on charging 50 percent more.
