India Polyroads (IPPL) has introduced high quality polymer stabilisation products that make road construction more cost effective and time saving. IPPL produces SoilTech, AsphalTech, Pot-Tech and Dust-Tech for various types of construction. These products are currently produced in South Africa, India and Saudi Arabia. Soiltech nano polymer soil stabilisation increases the strength of the base layer by almost 200-300 per cent resulting in savings in thickness of the top layers and reduction in constÂruction time by 50 per cent. Due to reduced aggregate consumption, CO2 emissions are far less compared to conventional road construction method, and is environment-friendly. This has been in use for the last 4 years for making roads in India.
