Vijaya Bank receives National Award for Excellence in MSE Lending

Vijaya Bank MD & CEO Dr Kishore Sansi has received the National Award for Excellence in MSE Lending for the year 2014-15´ (second place) from Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra at Punjab Agriculture University Campus, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. The award was presented for sustained and continuous lending to Micro and Small Enterprises across the country. Meanwhile, the bank´s Executive Director BS Rama Rao has said that the organisation was expecting 7-8 per cent growth in business in this year. Rao also indicated that the bank is expecting the maximum growth to come from the retail sector.
