For speedy resolution of the public-private partnership (PPP) disputes, a draft bill is being prepared by the Planning Commission. The Commission will soon finalise the bill to place it before the Cabinet for approval, reports indicate. Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia said that the work on the draft bill on a mechanism to resolve issues with PPP projects is at advance stages.
