NHAI to award 4,000 km of roads in FY14

NHAI’s highway norms not practical, says Kerala
The National Highway Authority of India prescribed norms were the main constraint for highway development, said VK Ebrahim Kunju, Kerala Minister for Public Works. Transstroy completes Bhopal bypass project in MP
