CLP India plans to invest Rs 6,500-7,000 crore in order to add about 1,000 MW of power capacity, Mahesh Makhija, Director (business development, renewables, CLP India said. The company, which has a capacity of over 1,000 MW at present, plans to ramp it up to 2,000 MW by the end of 2015.
