The series features 24 informative videos that serve as a personalised, always‑available guide, accessible in 20 global languages and five Indian dialects.
Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL), operated by GMR Aero, has introduced a multilingual passenger education video series titled ‘Your Terminal Companion’ under its #DELCares campaign. #DELCares brings together a suite of curated services aimed at making every journey more intuitive, inclusive, and stress‑free. The latest addition, Your Terminal Companion, ensures that travellers do not feel lost or unsupported, regardless of nationality, language, or familiarity with air travel.
The series comprises 24 informative videos that function as a personalised, always‑available guide. Structured across departure, transit, and arrival, and covering eight common passenger scenarios, the tutorials provide step‑by‑step guidance on check‑in, security, immigration, baggage claim, and onward connectivity. Each module simplifies processes, reduces uncertainty, and empowers passengers with clarity.
Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO of DIAL, said, “With Your Terminal Companion, we are reimagining passenger assistance through the lens of inclusivity and empowerment. This initiative ensures that every traveller—irrespective of language, background, or familiarity with air travel—can navigate the airport with confidence and ease. It is a natural extension of our #DELCares commitment to make every journey intuitive, seamless, and reassuring.”
For first‑time fliers, the series demystifies complex processes such as security checks, immigration, and boarding. For solo travellers, including women, senior citizens, and young passengers, it serves as a reliable companion. Available in 20 languages, including English, Hindi, German, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and Hebrew, along with five Indian regional dialects, the initiative significantly enhances accessibility for a diverse passenger base.
Early adoption trends underline its growing relevance. Over the past three months, the series has garnered more than 200,000 organic views across platforms, addressing nearly 82 per cent of CRM queries. Rising QR code scans across terminals, and increased consumption of process‑related content show that passengers are proactively preparing ahead of travel.
The tutorial series is accessible through QR codes placed across terminals, as well as via the Delhi Airport website and YouTube channel @Delhiairport, ensuring guidance is always within reach before and during the journey.
