GHMC Commissioner MT Krishna Babu has said that so far about 60 percent of road repair works is done. The roads got damaged due to heavy rains in the last couple of weeks. Drainage improvement works is taken up by GHMC at 153 stagnation points. The GHMC is ready to go ahead with comprehensive road improvement works by using its own funds in case HMWS&SB officials submit their proposals in this regard.
