Denmark´s Svitzer, Japan´s K Line and Australia´s Qube Logistics are among the strategic investors in talks with Hyderabad-based Ocean Sparkle to acquire a controlling stake in the company, in a deal valuing the Indian shipping firm about $450-500 million. The buyers have made nonbinding offers to acquire 74 per cent stake in the company.
