Adani Group's Rs 10,000 crore Kalinga Port project in Orissa is awaiting clearance from the Orissa state government. Once the project gets approval, the group will go ahead with the first phase of the project, which will comprise around three berths of a total capacity of 20 million tonne capacity. The plan was to have around 16-18 berths of a total capacity of 100 million tonne in a phased manner, with around 12 berths to be operational by 2015-16.
