Hyderabad-based Madhucon Projects plans to raise about Rs 1,300 crore by selling stakes in its highway and power projects in five to six months. The company considers diluting 26 per cent and 20 per cent in its road holding company and its 1,920 MW thermal power project at Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, respectively. The company is planning to form a holding company for roads now that it has seven roads.
