Neemuch Municipal Council, Madhya Pradesh is in the process of upgrading civic amenities and urban infrastructure including roads under the state government’s urban infrastructure development programme.
According to the Census 2011, Neemuch is an urban agglomeration (UA) coming under category of Class I UAs or towns. The city, which is governed by municipality, is situated in Neemuch Urban Region. The total population of Neemuch metropolitan region or UA is 128,575. The male population of which is 67,566 while female population is 61,009.
The local civic body plans to engage a contractor for construction and development of four roads at various areas in the city.
