Hydro power major NHPC said it will temporary shut down 520 MW Parbati project in Himachal Pradesh till February next year for carrying out repair and maintenance work. The Parbati-III Power Station (4X130 MW) in Himachal Pradesh ÃÂĻshall be in complete shutdown w.e.f. December 15, 2015 to February 15, 2016 to carry out repair of pressure shaft, sealing of surge shaft gate & MIV seals and annual maintenance of unitsÃÂĻ, NHPC said in a filing to the BSE.
