Airport charges and user development fees at Delhi and Mumbai will remain unchanged till 31 May as the Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) is yet to complete the process for determining tariffs for the second control period starting 1 April 2014 and ending on 31 March 2019. The process of determining tariffs for the second control period takes nearly 4-6 months.
