Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh has said that a comprehensive plan is underway to ensure the scientific management of the solid waste across Jammu & Kashmir in consonance with the environmental parameters.
The Deputy Chief Minister was speaking at a meeting convened to discuss the Solid Waste Management Plan for the state with special focus on the twin capital cities of Jammu and Srinagar.
