In Orissa, a satellite port has been proposed by Paradip Port Trust (PPT) at either Jatadhari or Bahuda. The proposal has been put forth the state government by the Port Trust. This was stated by the PPT Chairman SS Mishra in Bhubaneswar. The state government has asked the PPT to submit a concept paper detailing a joint venture mechanism, said Mishra.
