Tata Power has set up Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI) training hubs to train, test, certify, and accredit over 2500 power sector workforce through a modular skill development approach by FY16-17.
The four training hubs set up are TPSDI Shahad and TPSDI-Trombay (Maharashtra), TPSDI – Maithon (Jharkhand) and TPSDI- Mundra (Gujarat). These would aim to bridge the skill gaps that exist and help build a capable workforce.
