Alstom has been awarded a contract worth Euro 85 million from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to supply 25 state-of-the-art metros to Kochi Metro Rail.

Alstom concludes contract with BHEL
Alstom has been awarded a Ç40 million contract by Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) to supply three 660 MW supercritical boilers for North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Jharkhand. The units are expected to be commissioned in 2017.
Alstom wins BHEL contract
Alstom has won a contract worth Rs 85 million from BHEL to supply two 800 MW supercritical boilers for Darlipalli Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) in Sundergarh, Odisha.Under the scope of the contract, Alstom will design the 800 MW supercritical boilers and supply identified pressure parts along with wind boxes, pulverisers and air preheater components. The company would also assist BHEL with technical advisors during the erection and commissioning of the units.
Alstom secures GVK contract
Alstom has bagged a contract worth about Rs 850 crore from GVK Power and Infrastructure to provide equipment for the 850 MW Ratle hydropower project in Jammu and Kashmir. The contract calls for Alstom to supply four 205 MW Francis turbine units and one 30 MW unit. The turbines will be manufactured at the company's facility in Vadodara. Alstom said it expects it to be commissioned in 2017.
Alstom to build transmission line for Power Grid
A contract for Rs 2,800 crore from state-run Power Grid Corporation has been bagged by Alstom to build a 1,365-km transmission line from Chhattisgarh to Haryana
