In Delhi's Wazirpur industrial area, upgradation of approach roads began on September 12. The Union Telecom and IT Minister Kapil Sibal and Delhi Transport Minister Haroon Yusuf formally inaugurated the work.
Yusuff said that all industrial areas of the national capital would be developed with modern infrastructure and signal window system would also be provided for fast development of industries.

Upgradation of roads in Delhi’s Wazirpur begins
Jingiriguda portable bridge in Odisha remains unused
As there are no approach roads built to the portable steel bailey bridge over river Kerlema under Jingiriguda panchayat in Phulbani town area, people are unable to use it. The bridge was inaugurated six months back by the MP Rudra Madhab Roy. The bridge was constructed under the Integrated Action Plan scheme by the Integrated Tribal Development Agency of Balliguda at an estimated cost of Rs 1.7 crore. It is 150 feet in length.
Gurgaon residents complain to CM over bad roads
Fed up with the lackadaisical attitude of the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) regarding the upkeep of the approach roads to Gurgaon's Sector 21, the area residents last week wrote a letter to Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, seeking his intervention in the matter. In November, the CM of Haryana had visited the sector and ordered an immediate solution. The administrator had then promised that the road would be made in the next three months but not even a survey has been done till
Gurgaon residents complain against Huda over bad roads
Residents of Gurgaon on June 28 wrote a letter to the Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda to draw his attention towards the bad shape of the approach roads to Sector 21. They urged him to intervene in the matter and arrange for better upkeep of the roads.
Kochi’s approach roads are unsafe: NHAI
The NHAI officials have expressed their concern over the stability of approach roads of bridges constructed on the highways in Kochi and adjacent areas including Aroor.
