The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has shortlisted 29 contractors for the three packages of the 22-km Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL). The authority has shortlisted seven contractors each for the first two packages and 15 for the third package.
