Kochi civic body to approach NHAI for flyover designs

NHAI’s highway norms not practical, says Kerala
The National Highway Authority of India prescribed norms were the main constraint for highway development, said VK Ebrahim Kunju, Kerala Minister for Public Works. NHAI to convert quarries into water storage ponds

It will provide a fencing or wall around the pits for safety purpose and allow the use of the water for agriculture and domestic use.
