Delays reflect NHAI’s deficiency in planning: Panel
The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport has said in its latest report that National Highways Authority of India's (NHAI) delay in completing projects like Golden Quadrilateral, reflects either tardy planning or deficiency in execution.
