Telecom Consultants India (TCIL) is negotiating with West Asian carriers Saudi Telecom and OmanTel to supply green energy solutions for powering their tower networks. The projects will be executed on a turnkey basis by TCIL’s offshore joint venture, TCIL Saudi Communications (TSCL).
