The fiveyear roadmap signals TORSA’s shift from a crushing and screening equipment maker to an Indian materialprocessing and lifecycle solutions enterprise.

Crushing and screening equipment maker TORSA Machines Ltd has set an ambitious target of expanding revenues to ₹5 billion within five years. Showcasing its expanded equipment range at the ongoing Bauma Conexpo India 2026 construction equipment trade fair in Greater Noida, the Guwahati‑headquartered company said growth will be driven by investments in technology, manufacturing capacity and market expansion.

According to market intelligence platform Tracxn, the unlisted entity generated between ₹100 million and ₹500 million in revenue for FY2025. Managing Director Gopi Krishna More told Infrastructure Today that the company had deliberately chosen a challenging target. “It is intentionally a challenging goal, because the TORSA we are building for the future cannot simply be a larger version of the company we are today.”

More informed the company’s future growth would be driven by five priorities. The first is continued development of indigenous technology and expansion into higher‑value crushing, shaping, washing and material‑processing solutions. The second is a shift from supplying individual machines toward offering integrated solutions across customer requirements. The third is deepening TORSA’s presence across India while progressively entering select international markets. The fourth is building spares, service, upgrades and lifecycle engagement into a larger, and more structured part of the business. Finally, these initiatives will be supported through investments in manufacturing capability, processes, talent and leadership.

At Bauma Conexpo India 2026, TORSA is showcasing its TEC 10 and TEC 11 cone crushers, the TSH 10, the VORTEX vertical shaft impactor and the EcoCycle sand‑washing plant. These are displayed alongside its established TJC jaw crusher series, Sievex dry and AquaPro wet screening equipment, PulseGrizzlyPro, GrizzlyPro and ScalpPro feeder lines, and the Nomad compact‑plant offering.

Customer Promise

The company reinforced its customer‑centric approach. More said, “Never make a promise to a customer that you cannot fulfil. The company’s equipment is built under the tagline ‘Built for Every Terrain’, reflecting a focus on conditions ranging from hilly and remote project sites to desert and plains terrain across India.”

The five‑year roadmap also marks a shift in TORSA’s identity, from being recognised primarily as a crushing and screening equipment manufacturer to positioning itself as an Indian material‑processing technology and lifecycle solutions enterprise. “This includes a larger role across a customer’s value chain, from application engineering and equipment selection through crushing, shaping, screening and washing to automation, spares, service and lifecycle support,” More said.

Established in 1999, TORSA operates manufacturing facilities in Kolkata and Guwahati and has more than 2,500 installations across India and neighbouring countries. International expansion is a key part of its roadmap, with plans to take equipment proven under demanding Indian operating conditions into select overseas markets.
